Please reconsider rejection for the following reasons: Please The project is voluntary, pan-global partnership of ca. 8 individuals with extensive experience in the technologies of paper manufacture. The Executive Director, Faculty of the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand is one of these persons. The objective of the project is to explore and develop transformational energy-efficient and sustainable process pathways for the manufacture of communication papers via the mechanical pulping technologies. A web-based platform is necessary to facilitate the asynchronous communication of the group across different time zones and access opportunities.
