LMS OLAT (Online Learning And Training) is an enterprise class learning management system. It is 100% pure Java, and designed as a centralized campus LMS. OLAT is beeing developed since 1999 at University of Zürich and won the MeDiDa-Prix in the year 2000. With version 3.0 the system has been completely rebuilt and is now available as a component oriented application developed in the Java programming language. OLAT has support for various E-learning standards such as IMS Content Packaging, IMS QTI or SCORM. The 4.0 release added many extension points that make it easy to extend OLAT wherever you need it. The latest release is OLAT 5.2 which became available in september 2007. For more release information check the olat.org website.
