eXe

The Moodle demo site provides an area for you to practice using the most recent stable released version of Moodle from an administrator's perspective.

OLAT

OLAT is a web-based Open Source Learning Management System (LMS) / Learning Content Management System (LCMS) used in the public sector of Switzerland, Germany, Italy and the U.S. The main installation at the University of Zurich has proved to scale,currently serving over 25000 users.

OLAT is conceptually based on Learning Design and implements the IMS QTI and Content Packaging standards. OLAT is open source, with its community hosted at http://www.olat.org. Commercial support is available through http://www.frentix.ch.

Feel free to test-drive a fully functional installation of OLAT at http://demo.olat.org. OLAT 5.1 has been released in February 2007.


RPG Storyteller

RPG Storyteller is a Macromedia Flash based game engine used as a platform for delivering role playing game (RPG) based stories. The game engine parses an authorable xml document containing the story, as a page based, choice driven RPG game.

Capable of delivering a complex non-linear and changing storyline RPG Storyteller includes functions such as normal save, load, restart and delete game options, game help systems, game points and combat systems, persistent possessions function and player location maps. Images, video and sound can be included into the game pages' text using basic html authoring syntax. The system language is also adaptable and can be fully translated into languages other than the system default (English).

Now in its first stable/production release RPG Storyteller is available for free download as a full authoring package. For those new to RPG Storyteller, full documentation has been developed that explains role playing games, the xml document structures used and the content authoring environment. Base xml templates are also provided for all authorable story types.
